(I don't know if these pages qualified as a "sucks" site, but Legal Tips For Your 'Sucks' Site is relevant reading.) This page used to explain my experience with Protection One Alarm Monitoring, Inc. I received an e-mail from Protection One requesting my account information so they could research my situation for their legal department. While Protection One did not ask me to remove these web pages and I believe factual documentation of my experience is entirely within my rights, I don't want another battle with Protection One. Therefore, I have removed the pages describing my Protection One experience, at least until I hear Protection One's concerns, if any. Maybe they'll ask me to put the content back so they can use it to improve their customer service :-)
